Very disappointing looking watches
That's my really kind assessment what I really feel would most probably get me banned if I typed it. But seriously if you took all the writing off the dials would anyone ever be able to say yes that's an IWC? I seriously doubt it they are just so bland and generic looking it nots true the one exception maybe the new metal bracelet and adjusting clasp.But I mean really that's just playing very slow catch up to Rolex and Omega that have brought this to their models already a while ago its hardly what I call innovation or class leading. The Ingenieur line used to be something really special and that IWC were proud of and had many fans of these watches are just so meh its sad in a watch world with so many choices why would anyone choose one of these? the IWC name is maybe the only reason I could think of i doubt its the style or pricing.

IWC just improve there movements. There not made in house.
They get it from selita eta etc. Thats why i don't buy IWC. But thats me. I only have one IWC the mark xv. Spitfire. Thats as far i will go with that brand. Best. Geross. ( no offense to IWC enthusiasts )

I have been hoping they would improve that model, however I\'m beginning to think it\'s as good as it\'s going to get (if it will even be continued) and the accessible Genta design will be gone.
Just to clarify:
GG had nothing to do with the 666. That was Pellaton's baby. In the 70s Genta was hired to "freshen" the Ingeneur and this resulted in the SL. IMO the SL doesn't have the same panache as the RO or Bulgari; even the Nautilus. The 666 does. It is a monster ...
