+/-10%? why not say 10 days?

 

sorry for my rough wording.

As a professional watch builder, they spend all of resources and technology to meet their vision.

As you said that watch engineer spend their resources and time to meet 8 days and sustain stable power to run the watch. In my view, such watch is fail! Totally fail to sustain 8 days. It is only ONE year! watch became less than 8 days. How can I keep it 3 years or more?

You said +/- 10% is ok? I am sorry that I want to say +/- 10% is fail. May I?

I don't want to make any people angry but i want to share such case. I accept it may be individual case but totally make me disappointed on JLC (both watch quality and customer service at hong kong region).

Should I bring back the problem watch back to hong kong repair center? or just sell it

Try winding the watch once every week , or once every two weeks (whether your wearing the watch or not.) Wind it 40 times in a clockwise rotation. Monitor the time for a few days and see if your still gaining or loosing time. I personally love the 8 day, ...

master 8 days became 180 hours(7.5 days) only. any senior experience 8 days became 7.5 days, which just 1 year watch. is it normal?

I've been told that it was + / - 10 % from 8 Days

to sell your watch. Even if it comes back from the SC in a perfect condition, your love story with your watch and the brand already ended... So the best is to sell and to turn the page, IMO. Best. Nicolas
