First off, great watch, congrats!
Secondly, can you explain how that center portion of the dial with the arrow functions? (Probably a silly question, I know, but I am looking at it and not sure how it is set, what part of the Polaris rotate for timing, etc). Thanks!

Well, I am travelling to Florence to pick up my PAM203...

Patience is the ONLY way to get a PAM203.
But to be honest, I didn't think anymore were being produced. Still awaiting to know what number it has! Imagine...150/150!!!

Easy
You use the upper crown, and the disc at the center will rotate till you're arrived at the good hour for the alarm... Best. Nicolas
