I don't totally agree about what you said on the new MUT which wouldn't be a Ultra Thin watch.
I think that the new MUT 40 mm cannot be compared to a new MUT, but as a thin Master Automatic.
But the 38mm handwound is still for me a MUT.
I always bad in Mathematics, so the rules of the proportions, and the calculs are not my cup of tea..LOLOL
BUT, visually speaking, you don't notice the additional 2 mm thickness.
As the proportions of this MUT are pefcet and its thinness is simply something amazing.
Another thing, a bit ot ouf topic, is that JLC reworked the cases of the Master Line...
I'm waiting for some pics to share with you all this new line, with thinner lugs and cases...To see in the flesh.
