It would depend on the ground we want to play on... A modern ground could do it. As for a classic, I'd better see an enamel... Have a look at what Breguet did with the Reveil du Tsar Boutique Edtion. Best, my friend. Nicolas

it must be a classic so enamel is the best guess for an anniversary model....but if you ask my wish,I would love to see a little modern touch to it.....Saw the Breguet but not really my cup of tea... I was thinking of the 2 openings on the Duometre a QL a...

Since the GranSport is discontinued. Maybe they'll revamp/improve that movement for the 80th. A

I only mentioned the GS because it was still available until just a few years ago.... I could not see a split easily, the movement it a bit too strange and complex. I could see either: a. Some sort of striking addition, maybe a "ding" every 15 min or some...

Platine or Tantallum case, Reverso Grande size. With striker or tourbillon complication, and something type enamel dial. Will be a perfect 80eme Reverso for my taste.

Yes, I agree with you, Nicolas. The watch might be simple and representative of the true values of the Grande Maison. Perhaps it be a delicate enamel on the Dial and other pernonalized in the back. ¿Any complication? I´m not sure, but we musn´t rule out a...

No surprise, right, Vlad? A perfectly finished simple Reverso in the size of the Grande 976, perhaps with an enamel dial, no date, with or without sub seconds. The movement finshed to JLC's best level, in other words flawless and competitive with the best... 

I would be very happy with all your suggestions, except maybe with the idea of a regulator... On a round watch ,why not, but on a rectangualr one??? I'm sure we'll have some nice surprises, also among the ideas you mentionned. Thanks a lot for another gre...

as a study of history of anniversary Reverso shows, it should have (#1, #2 & #3): (1) one rose gold and one platinum offering, 500 pieces of each - although I think 100 would be a better number in today's clogged horological LE world. (2) a larger case, a...

A real travel Reverso would be great. I love the way the second time zone is handled by 975 movement, but somehow I do not get used to the idea of an automatic movement inside a Reverso. So if they could create a manually wound 975, find a better solution... 

It already existed in the GT case... It was a LE Reverso: Manual wind, " technical " metal, that will certainly be very exciting. But what innovative complication, if a complication was ever needed? Best, my friend. Nicolas....  

This was a far better phone watch than travel watch. It's still a masterpiece and worth owning "just because".

GT or slim XGT case - nothing too big or too fat. the era of big watches is on the wane. Use the perpetual movement from the Triptyque. Can we also have a Reverso Chronograph? And if not the Perpetual what about the Annual Calendar model that was only eve...

among other things... an XGT sized (but thinner) plain dialled Duo with white enamel one side, black enamel on the other, art deco styling...no complications other than small seconds at 6 o'clock on both sides and the hours on the black side advanced by t... 

XGT with a thinner case, that sounds definitely very tempting, to me... And iuf very simple, just with a small seconds enamel dial, it is perfect. And what if the Innovation was simple Perfection; in all simplicity? A Quadriptyque? Did you saw the laready... 

You have my vote on that for case size. A bit of dilemma for me. I would really really like a manual wound chrono but what will happen to the lovely rose gold retros? I'd like an alarm As well but recalled being told by someone at JLC that the reverso cas...  

As this complication needs some place to express itself in the best possible way. So, such a complication in a thjin case may be problematic. But easy things are not the most interesting, don't you think? I'm very impatient to see what they have under the...

Yes it is. It was a miracle to find one. I had always wanted a Reverso, and was smitten with the Black dial Sun Moon. But I simply could not find one. So I decided to pick up (what I guess technically was my "true" first JLC) a Reverso Sun Moon XGT. Not 2...

I guess that Maikeru and I have something in common as my first JLC was a LE Platinum Sun and Moon. It was a gift from my Boss for services rendered. I don't wear it enough though. I will post pictures tomorrow. Best regards, George
