Now you mentioned , it could be by design by the designer of JLC to pair this Reverso Geographic with this new blue canvas strap.

I really like this shade of blue!
A few years ago, I tried to buy the time-only blue dial variant. But it was sold out for so long that I gave up!
I have loved this new Reverso version since first sight as it is just stunning.
I also really like this less formal and more sporty strap on it as well as it looks really good. I have no doubt you will continue to enjoy this watch forever as there is just so much to love and enjoy. Wear and enjoy it in good health. Marc

Could be a design specific decision by JLC! Coz the canvas CF strap has a lighter blue than the canvas strap on the Reverso Chronograph.
