I would be livid in your situation. I really don't understand this outcome/reponse from JLC. We see this kind of unethical service from time to time in other cliche areas of business, but I find this a bit shocking. It's no excuse, but perhaps it comes down to one person's poor decision at JLC and should not reflect the company. I remain optimistic. Best,
