First of all, what wonderful new photos of the brilliant MMR! I love the Morrocan desert photo, especially.
The observation about the choice of titanium, chosen both by JLC and AP, is yet another reason I admire both of these manufactures. And as for the thickness of the watch necessitated at least in part by the 15 day PR, again, this combination of a long PR with the minute repeater function makes a lot of sense to me and was a dazzling decision by JLC. Yes, the Lange 31 offers an even longer PR, but for me that watch is a beast and almost unwearable (and you KNOW I have nothing against big watches).
