I have a hunter gatherer digestion, so I can skip days without eating sting or have five large meals in a day. Practical on the one hand but also seemingly somewhat contributing to my digestive woes 🤷🏻‍♂️

Heart and veins are good as such but need to change my feeding habits and move more 🤷🏻‍♂️ The watch served well on the subsequent roadtrip, even though the chrono wasn’t used 😉
