Change in watches today, with the JLC Amvox 2 being the choice du jour. Given that the next few days will be spent driving it felt like an appropriate choice. No Aston, though 🤷🏻♂️ Still looking forward to the mini road trip.

The outcome was as good as expected. Fewer food posts for the next months and need to get a dog for more movement but apart from that all par for the course 👍🏻🙏🏻

I have a hunter gatherer digestion, so I can skip days without eating sting or have five large meals in a day. Practical on the one hand but also seemingly somewhat contributing to my digestive woes 🤷🏻♂️

The only thing is I will not be able to fully partake in the culinary pleasures of the countries visited, as I still need to restrain my eating to boiled food 🤷🏻♂️ First world problems 😂

Heart and veins are good as such but need to change my feeding habits and move more 🤷🏻♂️ The watch served well on the subsequent roadtrip, even though the chrono wasn’t used 😉
