Master Chronograph and a funny observation
Remember, when the new Master Chronograph was presented in spring time, there was some discussion about the font used for that date window? Should the date window font match the font of the 12 on the dial or that of the numbers used for the subdials?
Now it seems that this question was not an easy one for the manufacture either. Look what I found in the 2010 catalogue (Sorry for the large picture, but it is necessary to show what I am talking about):
Funny, isn't it?
I have seem the SS version in the metal as well as posted here by lucky owners and is consistently used the Serif font. Wonder if RG sample featuring the Sans Serif font as shown in the catalogue above is a prototype or the production version? Or am I just too ignorant and it is normal for JLC to do such things?
Have a nice Sunday everybody,
Martin

Nikolaj got it right. I tried to talk about the different font types used for the date in the SS and the RG Chrono model. I was just curious about that. It was not about the position of the date window (even if there were discussions about that too.) BTW ...
