I have to say, seeing the various AMVOXes II- VII lined up in that photo, helps me to appreciate the design of the new 7 better. I am getting to like it very much. The re-design of the caseback to curve more so as to conform better to the wrist seems like...

You, the RM Moderator, states that? :) I agree with you on that statement, my friend. ;) The Amvox line, and specially the II, has a strong link with the Cars World, indeed. The details, the concept, well ,the spirit are very strongly linked to automotive... 

watches, they are intended for drivers and cars far beyond my driving capabilities!! Richard tests his watches to extremes: including Felipe Massa crashing with his RM006 on his wrist! The watch was still working after the crash. Kind of glad I did not ha... 

The more I see it, since its launch, the more I want to see it in the flesh. Thanks for this very nice storytelling. Yet, I wonder if you have the answers to some question I have. - It seems quite big (same width but a little thicker): does it feel light ...

Thank you for posting this article on both a marvelous watch and an incredible super car. I look forward to trying the former at my local JLC AD. If they should happen to throw in the then I'll oblige.

car comes with watch! They are mutually separable purchase decisions, although I would argue that you really should try and purchase both - and at the same time! Thanks Andrew H

The two things that will hinder my purchase are: 1) the AM logo on the dial 2) the price I may actually reconsider the 2! But if I owned an AM, I would surely get this to go along. Jeff

for the photos belonged to one of the AM test drivers. We then had a go with the watch and car ourselves, with an instructor present - just in case the excitement over the watch became too much! Was a fun day out! And my thanks to JLC and AM for making it...
