I have to say, seeing the various AMVOXes II- VII lined up in that photo, helps me to appreciate the design of the new 7 better. I am getting to like it very much. The re-design of the caseback to curve more so as to conform better to the wrist seems like a really important improvement. But side-by-side, I even find the dial of the AMVOX7 to be very compelling when I compare it to the first generation AMVOX2 and the original series of DBS AMVOXes.
I am so glad to see the watch also comes with the quick release strap change mechanism as on a few other JLC models. But what I don't understand is why JLC does not list this feature among the other specs on their web site. (Actually I find I have this similar complaint about almost all the watch companies in that it is surprising what they don't tell us about their watches.) Maybe I missed it, but it is certainly not prominently noted anywhere, and this is a really useful feature. In any case, I am delighted to see this addition to the AMVOX.
Thanks for sharing this information and the live photos of the AMVOXes. This JLC model line continues to thrill me.
Best,
