Lindt is very ordinary, but the museum in their factory is good! I haven't been to the experience in Luzern! I haven't noticed the aftertaste in Lindt chocolate. Jacob is quite good. Harder to get since it's a small producer. Everyone is crazy for Laderac...

What can I say, I like chocolate! For Jacot, go for the 70% Ecuadorian chocolate. It has some nice fruity and "round" notes. The bar is well made and the tempering is always done well - evidenced by the perfect snap I get from Jacot chocolate. And I just ...

Not to nitpick but doesn't a perpetual calendar normally have a leap year indicator?
