The watch has 3 crowns...

 

The one at 10 o'clock operates the bi-directional bezel (unfortunately, it doesn't have any 1-minute notches, but slips freely). 

The crown at 2 o'clock operates the alarm (pull it out to set the alarm time), push in and wind to contract the alarm's spring).
The crown at 4 o'clock operates the time winding/setting.
**With all of the "Compressor" crowns, make sure you turn the wing-nut 180 degrees until you see the 2 red arrows, which allows you to freely move the crowns. Without turning it (viewing the 1 white arrow) is not advisable.
