This is a pity..
I've bought a couple of watches from the JLC boutique and also sent watches in for servicing and have received nothing but excellent and efficient and very friendly service from the boutique staff. kudos to them!
it is a real pity that (in this case at least) JLC has let itself down by its inability to get a strap done (or get its supplier to get it done) after so long.
unfortunately, i have to keep waiting cuz no other colour but the burgundy one designed for this watch would suit it.
Cheers,
Moses

Same here...

I needed a shorter strap when I got my Reverso. It was there in I think six weeks. I believe they did had to make it, thankfully it didn't take that long. This case must be an exception. I look forward to hearing the end of this story...
