seasons greetings all, here r my picks the star with a star shape design engine at the center is simply brilliant! ya i know its only watch, but i wouldn't mind it in tantalum or titanium:p i said it b4 & i ll say it again, the "little green man" case...

A simple and thin star classic, a regulateur dialed "Rising Hours" Rieussec, and the Villeret historical dialed monopusher. I agree the Grande Feu dial and finishing on the Villeret would look so good under a lighted 10X loupe :-) Best, Mike

Perhaps one of these days, our kids can pitch in and buy us a Villeret Timewriter of our choice for all the hard work we do bringing them up :-) Let's see a Timewriter project every 2-3 years...they would be on Timewriter 15 by then! I like your other cho...

It is great value! 2 Villerets in 1 for the price of a higher end Villeret! That was what MTF told me when we met in HK Watches and Wonders at the MB Booth. I fully agree with him :D cheers robin

Thank you for letting me explain the reasons :) The first watch has personally enticed me so I would have give that someone the same model that I would personally liked. For those other 2 watches, I have chosen simple choices because any chronograph or co... 

This Star would be an elegant and great start of a collection... I have been obsessed with this model, I hope to see it in the metal one day. And what can I say, sheer artistry. All photos by foversta of course! ...

The Sport DLC looks really different from others, with the blacken out bezel. Rieussec is a neat choice too, and again, with an unorthodox layout, it is very unique. Your nephew is a lucky man! Regards, Robin
