40 mm white gold case. Superb dial, and what about the movement? We were surprised by the new 1858 Tachymeter bi colored movement ( Cal 16. 29 ) but it seems that some 16 / 18 years before, Minerva already made something like that. A great pleasure to see...

The dial color, texture, layout, printing. The case size, shape, curves. The movement's finishing and visual impact. The perfect movement /caseback proportion. Simply marvelous!

A magnificent Minerva.

I remember at auction a few years back, something like 20 of these in different metals and dials surfaced. Oh, how I regret not buying 1 (or 2 or 3).

There is one available on Chrono from a Polish dealer - brand new, IIRC...

I saw that one on chrono and have actually seen that reference in person -- the yellow Minerva used back then was very very bright, almost too yellow (if that makes any sense). But thanks for suggesting it!

And I know what you mean - it looks extremely intense even on pictures
