I bought my 1858 Tachymeter Chronograph on the 9th of March 2016. Since then, it is, as you can imagine, strongly linked on my wrist. I furtively saw it in February 2016, in Paris, during an event, and my first feelings were very positive. Then, I receive...

Beautiful watch! Love the dial and the movement! Not sure about the case - the lugs looks to be "in the air" instead of "hugging the wrist". Need to try this one on the wrist. Please bring this one next time we meet! BTW - did you buy a prototype or did y...

As maybe the first one to get my hand on your new chrono I can definitely say it is a chrono of the fine league! Very smooth pusher actions of an iconic movement: a collector's piece. I also felt it was very wearable and not a typical 44 mm watch. I found... 

As for the lugs, yes they are sharp, and when you touch them under, they almost cut. Funny this comparison with the Submariner, as when you want to test the shape of the case of a vintage one, this is the same thing I do. I touch the case under, as well a...

A 13.21, for example. With Montblanc Minerva Villeret, I wooud do the same thing that I do for other horological brands. No 2 watches with the same movement. Best, Nicolas

Living in the dead center of the USA, I will not have the opportunity to try one on before deciding. So I decided from the very first time this watch was posted on our forum and placed a deposit immediately. Your thoughts certainly affirm my gusto for the... 

... and shows you passion and love for this magnificent piece. I like what you say about considering every new purchase as a whole event connected with a niice trip, an encounter with nice friends, etc.. All these memories come back when you wear the watc...

backgrounds most pleasing, like a great meal, with variety and taste. I am sure this Montblanc is now on my short list, maybe even shorter when I get to test it at the Boutique. The nice quality of having a 7.5" wrist is those lugs will be perfect and now...

And an excellent review of this 1858 chrono. That movement is so exquisite and deserves to be ranked amongst the finest chronographs. With 200 pcs. there's really not that many to go around. Glad to see you with the first one here .... there will be other...

I had a feeling that you would buying this watch! Looks great on your wrist, and a nice touch of buying the watch in Germany. MB needs to use this old logo more on their dials IMO. Looks more sexy than the current logo Retail price of this watch is around... 

Yes, the old logo is much more sensual and charming than the " normal " one. And yes, the price is a bargain, for watch of this level of quality. 25 K euros, in europe. OR... Should I rather say that it is correctly priced, and that this is the others whi...

If you do a head to head comparison between this Montblanc and something like the Patek 5170 or even the much lauded Vacheron Cornes de Vache 1955, it becomes clear that there is no correlation between luxury watch pricing and quality. The Montblanc is in...

no need to say I looked out to your review as I ordered one myself the moment they were introduced, I never saw it in real ... but did had the chance to try on his rose gold brother here in Belgium and was sold in an instance , I have no idea on the deliv... 

My bet would be that you will get it before this summer. We will be 8 happy owners of that blue marvel. A killer Chrono. You will see. We'll wait a bit before launching a 1858 Tachymeter Roll Call. September or October will be fine. Another bet? Here, on ...
