I've opened 6 subsidiaries for the company I used to work for....

 

and I agree with "positioning" being a very important factor. I.M.O. you don't achieve it by giving your potential clients, everything they want. I've always preferred to TELL and GIVE them what I....I....I...wanted them to buy! No sales, fantastic, close shop, pack your bags and go find a country that WILL. All you want, in the long run=boring and impossible to achieve (as a manufacturer, unless you're Chinese and you sell cheap stuff). As I always say, this is my personal opinion smile
