My choices for the beginner will be 0, 5, 111 or 112 if you are in Luminor
or 210 and 183 if you are in Radiomir

Since you are looking at 44mm and smaller for your wrist size, you can look at the 40mm first, PAM 48, 49, 50, 51, 282 and 283. Think that covers the small 'uns. Now for the 44mm, the selections are mind-boggling if the 40mm isn't! Go get yourself a catal...
