Officine Panerai

After reading Bill's post, I was more resolved in finding my first pam. For the longest time, I could not decide and as you know, there are just so many models. So here it is.. my first pam... finally chose the pam590.....

... for all your advice... finally decided this based on your suggestion to wear and see which ones makes me feel really good.. The other two choices were close second place and they are still on my radar.... who knows... I might pull the trigger... when ... 

Now its 24/7 with that baby. Gotta break in the strap. Talking about straps that is going to be a whole new way to personalize the watch even more. HAGWE Bill

Replace the 5 in 590 with a 3 and you've got my favorite current PAM.

590 is on my must have 2015 list this year...Looks stunning on you.

and while looking for the 238, you saw the 590 post, went goo-goo-ga-ga about it and got side-tracked LOL I'm glad you couldn't find much about the 238 that, as a Panerai, it's an absolute...travesty...IMO. Few of the models they have produced, through th... 

I love them all the 238 I love because 1 it carries the spirit of collaboration between Panerai and Another company (angelus, Rolex)... in this case GP 2 I like the fact that you don’t hear much about it... things can only get better for it 😝... Panerai w... 

the 197 (JLC movement) and the 309 (vintage Minerva inside). I also firmly believe that, starting from the dial of the 3646 (232) or (249) everything you add on the dial or subtract from the size, depaupers the model. When the dial becomes clogged by ever... 

a gold watch that big on my wrist ain’t happening (pam197) I like the hobnail dail keeps things a little busy... the 309 is a nice twin too 😊 but now at around 25k... I still have a price bracket I like to keep to... props to you if you were in early! 🙅🏿‍... 

I bought the 197...before...I understood what a Panerai should have been all about (I was into different watches back then and if you could afford it, you'd buy a gold one) I still have it because I couldn't exchange it for a broken...button. Nobody wants...

modern Panerais, the top 2...PAM21 and PAM203 have brown dials Personal taste, though, is still the ONLY factor that counts when purchasing any object "of desire"....
