I prefer the one with the black dial
it's hard to capture the sunburst dial on a picture, but i can sure tell you it's "stunning" but you knew that allready
the black is more allround IMO than the brown one, I find it easier to put different strap colours to fit it (but that's only if you are interested in doing so)

I think I wouldn\'t have any problem with it being automatic. The problem I do have with so many Panerais is the unnecessary dial text. In this case, \'GMT\' and \'10 days\' seem pretty superfluous to me - just a \'10\' and \'0\' at either end of the scal...
