I think I wouldn't have any problem with it being automatic.
The problem I do have with so many Panerais is the unnecessary dial text. In this case, 'GMT' and '10 days' seem pretty superfluous to me - just a '10' and '0' at either end of the scale would be much more discreet. And I do wish Panerai date apertures looked a little bit more refined than just a square cut out from the dial (though in their defence the date wheel colour matches the dial). Aside from those caveats, I quite like them!
