Well, after being out of things for a while I bought a Panerai 312 a couple of weeks back. I was surprised to find this evening that it had stopped. Dead as a dodo! I have worn it every day since the 25th Feb so it was not wound down but I gave it a few w...
The AD was very understanding. They are trying to source another new 312 for me as they do not feel it is right that I should have to have mine opened up for repair after acquiring it only eight days ago. May have to be patient though but thus far the ser...
I personally don't like it when I see someone complaining about a new watch that broke down and demanding absolute perfection. "I spent $10,000 on this watch and it broke after a month! This watch is a piece of $*#*#*." That's a big pet peeze of mine... C...
I had a similar problem with a watch of mine... only it happened the evening that I bought it..... I had to wait for about two months.... but there are worse things that can happen.... cheers
I'll ask for your money back and buy another 312 new one you don't want to have an open watch after only 8 days of buy it. Here in USA you have in some AD up to 30 days to return the watch if you don't like it
As I said in an earlier message: "The AD was very understanding. They are trying to source another new 312 for me as they do not feel it is right that I should have to have mine opened up for repair after acquiring it only eight days ago. " So I will be g...
I had to give my 320 back as it stopped on february 2nd. I got it back yesterday. It went to Amsterdam, a complete service was done and know it seems to work fine. I hope the problem will be sorted out!
I am sure it will all be fine in the end for me too. Just a bit annoyed as three straps arrived today that I ordered for the 312 and now I don't have it to fit them. C'est la vie Simon
the AD service has been absolutely wonderful and I have my new 312 on my wrist as I type. Got some new straps to try out too so can't wait to get home Hopefully a trouble free ride from now on. Simon
whereas the old 312 gained 12 seconds every 24 hours, this replacement has lost 1 second in the last 18 hours. So looks like I got a good one now Simon
