Hi Bill Thanks for your input,- and what a nice "pre Rg". I suppose it's called pre-rg because of the semi-scientific dial layout (?). The fabulous exampel I'm dreaming and raving about is this; This is creme de la creme as I understand it, and I will sur...  

Hi I would not go as far as saying " This is creme de la creme " ..... It is a std size 33 mm gold snap back case example .... with a roman Sci dial... It is very nice... but I would think the 35.5 size example might take the " This is creme de la creme "...

Art, A serial# in the 10 mil. can´t be a 30 SC T1, and AFAIK there were only 30 T2 movements used in this case ref, either 1) plain "silvered" version but with special finished parts like ratchet wheel and crown wheel, 2) the same with different ratchet w... 

but a non original dial... there are far more interesting chronometers out there! regards erich

Hi Erich I got this watch back in 2000/ 2001 Up to that time I have not come across a Pre-Rg 30 mm movement. or a ck 2254. so its special to me as it was the first one I found... Franco came across one with the white dial and arched chronometre above the ...
