With regard to your last picture, though the case is not Omega-made, are the dial and movement, actually genuine Omega. I have seen one such watch for sale and on the inside of the back-cover, it says '18K' and nothing else. Is the case really 750 18k white gold, as well as, are the hour markers in solid white gold, too?
