I'd go with the Bond.
If the choice is between the two, the bond. The racing is a great watch, but it's chunky...44mm, and the sapphire on both front and back make it 15mm thick. Unless you like big chunky watches like that, the Bond is a better way to go.

I think the 9300 chrono movement is technically interesting. For me the manual helium escape valve on the Bond is neither useful or attractive. I’m biased though as I’ve been looking at the Black Black lately.

I would forget both of these and get a Speedmaster 321. I know it's more expensive than these two but well worth having as an only Omega. Just my $0.02.

The speedmaster is an appealing choice as well but if I were to go that route, I’d go for the non co axial variants. And there’s a lot of choices there.. Tokyo 2020 Olympic models, regular speedmaster or first Omega in space, Apollo 8 dark side or the ck2...

With other choices I too would lean towards the classic and the new 321 Speedy.

...wud be most appreciated by me. 44mm is bit chunky for my wrists so I envy a lot of 44mm owners. The diver does little for me as a complication but no small potatoes either. Both belong in a growing collection wo being redundant.
If you want to look chic: Bond! If you want something to play with: Speedy!
And you can play a lot with the Speedy: timing seconds, timing your whole day, using the chrono as a second time tone, ....
If the objective is to get a MC certified movement then the Ed White won't work......
Between the 2, the bond is more appealing to me. If I were to get a Chrono with MC, I personally prefer the Speedy Moonphase Chrono. Look forward to hearing your assessment (and decision) when you get to see them in the metal. Cheers!
