I had my SMP 300 serviced by the Swatch Group facility in Culver City recently and everything went great
Service can be hit or miss even with the best of brands… sounds like you are unfortunately on the wrong side of a miss. They should at a minimum offer to polish out the scratch.

Unfortunately, not enough details here to make a fair complaint.
We don't know how you sent it. How it was packaged. And where you shipped it to. An Omega service center? An Omega authorized service center? Other? You're very vague, and I have to make assumptions regarding the details. Unfortunately this is very unfair...
