In the long run it will be happier on a strap or different bracelet
If you plan to wear it regularly, note that the ends of the bracelet are spring-loaded to expand tightly between the lugs, and they wear away the insides of the gold lugs.
It happened on my Grandfather's watch. That can be repaired with laser welding but why push it? On a strap it will be fine.
It looks ok to me but there are Omega experts here, and they will chime in sometime today I expect.
Good luck and welcome here. We discourage discussions of prices, so don't expect anything much more specific than "Yeah, it's good and worth repairing" or "No, sorry it's a fake".
