First off I have been looking for an example of this for many years !!!  This one is not in original condition... but it is what it is !!

i know the hands are a replacement and the dial was repainted.   The bow is a replacement....   But this watch is uncommon and special for a few reasons....

Does anyone care to guess ?   What do you think is special ?   The case is 45.5 mm in diameter.....
