Sorry to hear of these problems...
I would sure expect more from Omega than the treatment they have given you. I plan of buying an Omega piece some time in the future, but stories like this make me think otherwise. I definitely hope the new co-axial calibre 8500 does not have these same problems. The whole reason behing the co-axial is to decrease maintenance and problems, not to increase them. Good luck with your timepieces.
