I was informed that the "star" inside the case back indicates an additional ruby on the power train or the presence of anti-chock device. Take as a grain of salt, because I could not confirm this, yet. Cheers, Nilo
its not a Star (an American company that produced cases for Bulova, Omega and others. Legend says that they also produced cases for the true moon watch Speedies) cased one. Cheers, Nilo
