I believe it is by Parmigiani. I have seen a red gold version of the bracelet on a early Toric chronograph as well as this one.

The bracelet is very ornate. The polished links seem to clash a bit with the whiter platinum metal.

Not for me. I’m not a mother of pearl fan on watches, the bezel is too ornate, the bracelet…….no.
At first I thought it was a ladies watch, which I think all the elements could work, but not a man's watch. Sorry nothing about it appeals to me.
