This watch definitely caught my eye the frist time I saw it. I was also surprised at first that it didn't come with the FQ seal but after reading about the process more, I realized how complicated and probably somewhat expensive the process is so it's not...

as she firmly acknowledged the complicated watch destined for women, the overall design and execution even down to the dial colour. However, she could not warm to the fonts of the calendar ring, which she considered ' Varieté -like' and not appropria...

The watch is much more delicate and pastel than I usually associate with Parmigiani but it looks like an attractive ladies watch. - SJX

Yes, I'm trying to keep the small presence of ladies' watches here alive I absolutely love men's watches and have to admit they are much more exciting but I guess it's good to have some variety. I'll have to see what I can come up with next Stay tuned... ...

Ping, Even after I cheated beforehand because I was given a pre-publication draft by Anthony, I still enjoyed the final review. I got the impression of a capricious little number (maybe even the Golden Ratio) albeit with serious mechanics inside, Good job...

Ping, on the issue of FQ quality test, I would think that the stringent test is not suitable for complicated watches, such as perpetual calendar or tourbillon. So far, I have not seen one of those watches with FQ seal. Regards Ling

Talk about an in-depth article! Wow, this was certainly a labor of love. It is great to have a woman's perspective on what typically gets reviewed and written about by men. I happen to think Parmigiani makes some of the loveliest women's watches, and this... 

...quite stunning. I particularly admire how they chose "real" women to represent the ladie's line instead of models. It shows how they have a good grasp of women's characters and needs in today's society. Thank you so much for your wonderful comments.
