This 5088P is probably not the best for time-telling, but the handcraft of engraving and enameling is truly impressive.

Yeah, can't say the hands are the easiest to see,
but the dial is striking. Nice watch, wear that in good health.

On the other hand, I really wish the pin buckle will have enameling as well, apart from the current engraving…..

Gorgeous combination of casework, black enamel and engraving for sure. A pleasure to look at, must be amazing in person.
And I suppose it is a watch in that it is keeping time (albeit hidden). Maybe we need a special section for "lovely to look at but don't try to read it" watches. I can think of many that would fit;-)

..and i find the time surprisingly easy to read.i just turn the wat h to find the light bouncing off the hands. it invites you to look a bit longer at the dial before the time read-out:: )) not too bad. it is my third rare handcraft, after the 5231J and G...
which do you prefer?
5088P or 5231G? at the moment i am leaning towards 5088P, it has hardly left my wrist in the last 10 days since i got it.
