Especially when 5196P is compared to the older Calatrava in the image above, it becomes so clear how rediculous is the new small seconds dial looks like.
So what's not to love?
Probably the position of the seconds dial. It sits one third of the way up the dial, as the CAL 215 is too small for the flattened out case. I don't know why PP has joined the "big is better" brigade. Regards

Hi, Ref 5196 is a gorgeous watch IMVHO! Platinum or not by the way, even if the platinum is the top one! Of course I'd love and prefer to see a 32mm large new hand wind calibre from PP, but the cal 215 is not bad at all! Let's hope! Cheers Dje
