Hi guys, I am new to this thread and wanted to take a poll. What do you guys think of the choice above?

I’d go 5204 because I’m a sucker for split chrono.

Personally I love split-seconds, not that I have a real need for this function though ! Please feel free to provide more information about your thinking (are you choosing between the two based on aesthetics, design, functions, etc.) so that forum members ... 

… would be its lower price. 5204 is, of course, the much higher positioned watch.

Will start with the 5270 (my grail!) before moving next notch up to the split. One bugbear is the ‘inverted’ moonphase. Looks kinda weird to me. The other being the little “chin”! Will either wait for the next replacement model or the 5004s instead. ...

I don’t quite like the inverted moonphase on the 5204, especially on a white dial
