Both look great, but personally I would sacrifice the tachymeter (which I would never use) for the more legible hand set (which I would use all the time 😀).

That Munich version certainly looks appealing.

I like the OG version very much too,
but I’ve never seen it in person. I imagine that the tachymeter scale and blue touches make the Munich look a tad sportier vs the OG which probably looks a little more classic and clean. But it’s just a guess. Best, Emmanuel

I completely agree with you concerning the warm vintage feel,
but I liked the YG much better than the RG here. As for the “chin” I thought it would bother me but it didn't at all... Best, Emmanuel
1st variant is perfection by a few miles (IMO of course!).
Clean, sharp, well proportioned, in white, perfect! Definitely hard not to unsee once you see the "chin", but is, I feel, not significant enough to affect the whole package (so to speak). Great post!

Actually, this could possibly be my favourite dial of all 5270 iterations as there is less empty space on the dial compared to "my" first gen G version
But I just cannot get used to that Jay Leno chin ....
If the chin bothers you, then this dial
isn’t for you, after all and despite its qualities! I didn’t find to be a problem personally but I definitely understand that one can feel differently about it. Best, Emmanuel
