its your watch. wear it now and enjoy it. when is the last time the watch was serviced? I would want it to be fully serviced to ensure full water resistance before bathing/swimming with it.

Patek IMO. I think you will do well wearing it as an everyday watch to get the most out of it.Unless you own multiple pieces, this will maximise your enjoyment of it and make it feel like a part of you. Use the Tag for the really rough stuff though.Checki...

it struck a real cord with me as im going through a similiar dilemma with buying a 5711. I don't think i would attempt scuba diving with either watch but certainly wouldn't have n issue with swimming with it on. Its refreshing to hear of people buying pat... 

Wear it and enjoy it.... However I would check it's water resistance at an AD... Also I would not wea it playing tennis and scuba diving.... Cheers

Hi, Welcome here, and congratulations for your choice. You got a very beautiful watch. As some already answered, I would personaly not use such a watch for bathing or showering. Hot water and vapour can be quite harmful. I would also avoid to swim with it... 

my Nautilus. My problem is that I will not remember to have all of the gaskets changed on a regular basis, not to mention the inconvenience of being without it. Good luck and enjoy your watch.

Congrats on the "new" Patek. I hope you enjoy it, in the shower or out. Just look out for the screw at 6 oclock, nearest to the endpiece of the bracelet. It appears to be working its way out.

not wear a PP for showering. It is a luxury sport watch but I think it is not as rugged as your TAG. Just make sure you put it in a safe place when you go into the shower in case if you have to shower after a workout in a gym etc. Enjoy your PP, but as ot... 

and would shower with it sometimes. I never had a problem with mine. Wear yours well! Tony

All the bumping around especially on a long run can easily screw the movement up. Be careful! Tony
