Do you commit by putting deposit while waiting ?
There is mentioned about a change of taste ; totally possible (when a new piece comes along or taste for the piece that we are waiting for changes)
Just wondering about "the waiting" process.
1. Do you pay a deposit (as a commitment) to buy and then wait ? Or
2. Do you wait for your turn to be next in line to buy then exercise the option ? (this could happen for rare pieces I believe)
Curious if it is 1. or 2. ?
