Patek Philippe

Trying to decide between these two for my next.....I know this is the Patek section, but figured a good audience to ask their thoughts. Love the finish on both dials. LF has the micro rotor but both beautiful movements. ...  

The LF is better finished but after seeing some people here post about their customer service, I’d rather go pp. The bezel on that particular model is awesome too.

If you like traditional design and look of the dial and case, choose PP. But if you want a modern looking dial and an exquisitely traditionally designed movement, choose the LF! Best, Emmanuel

It is a nicely made watch, but it could not compete for my wrist emotionally with other dress watches in my collection (like Credor Eichi II) and I almost never wore it. So, LF based on my experience.

Neither like the 6119 front nor its back. Not into hobnail bezels and I find the current manual Patek movement unattractive to put it mildly. Apart from the movement size I much prefer its smaller predecessors. If you were comparing with the 6196 at least... 

worked at Patek ! I love the Clous de Paris on the bezel of your 6119G. The LF shape is unique and is worthwhile for your consideration. For me 6119 sings to me more because of its conventional shape and hands, along with service considerations as mention... 

But at the end there is - as always- no right or wrong. It's a matter of personal preferences. For me the 6119 was too thin for it's diameter. Somehow the proportions are not to my taste. Not a fan of thin watches at all and as I'm only wearing casual clo... 

The watch doesn't, of course, bring a cross! I will try to remember to stick to Amurican....

The LF design and movement is gorgeous. However, I'd get the regular round LF rather than the cushion shaped version.

I wear the 6119G myself, and you’ll be surprised how much its look changes with different strap colors. What’s surprising is that with this gray dial, almost anything you put on it works. ...
