I might like the blue dial over the black but the latter was a more rational choice for me. The blue dial is great to wear every now and then but for me black, white and silver dials are the basic ones. In a way the blue dial draws more attention than the "basic colours".

Kari the platinum is way too formal wear it in suit , business meetings.

Mark, I have noticed that nothing feels as good on the wrist than a crocodile strap that has been used enough. So beauty can't be the only reason why higher end watches are normally equipped with crocodile straps. Best, Kari
