PP actually started using this strap with their Nautilus white gold chronograph. It looks like fabric but it actually isn't, it is calfskin denim pattern and this was my source of inspiration for asking them to do one bespoke for my 3970

I also think so... I have a number of straps for all my watches and I love playing and changing straps for giving some peps and fun yet not going too far for avoiding any "faute de goût"

No the jacket actually comes from Chato Lufsen, a small boutique offering bespoke tailoring service and some series in limited quantities. Their source of inspiration is Arby's that you might know and the one youn see on the photo is the iconic Forestière...

I have several straps for each watch and love to play it sometimes classy with a nice dark green or blue gator, sometimes more casual with some colors or cool patine

As I said above I could try the 5980/60G-001 some time ago and I loved the watch but also the strap. So I could figure out how it would look like on my 3970: cool casual yet classic
