but anyway, discoloration dots are certainly not normal on a modern dial.
I would suggest you to show it to a Patek retailer to ask for what's possible considering the age of your watch etc...

It looks as if the chemicals used were not stable and are changing. Any deviations from the mix or process can be a problem.
Who knows
It should never happen on a watch of your vintage. Which raises the question if your watch was ever opened by a non Patek tech. When we see very old dials with deterioration it is not just from age along. It is a number of things. If the watch was stored ...
