i find your question confusing...
....because I am not sure it is clear what you want from your watches.
If you love the 5970P, then it is a case of working out if there are watches in your collection that you do not love as much. Of course, the 5970P is a much more expensive watch than many you mention, so the decision becomes more complex, but should not be more confusing.
I don't think i can be much help here other than to say that you need to assess why you want the 5970 and then make a decision. I owned teh 5970P once, and subsequently sold it because I just didn't love it. I also owned the 5070P once......and still do....because I love it. Is the 5970P a desirable watch to buy? Yes.....if you love it. I would always rather have the 5070P on my wrist than the 5970P
I appreciate that you are asking the question because you don't have a ready answer. I think I found out the answer for me on the 5970P by owning it and realising that I didn't love it. Maybe you will need to do that to see

Sell 5270g for 5970p
Sell 5270G to buy 5970p. There are in similar function, and 5970p is much better in dial layout and rarer than 5270. Keep the rest brands, they give you varieties for different occasions.

This is one of the harmonic and well balanced Patek ever created! I would by second 5270g just as back up:) If you sell it you will regret it and miss its beautiful face week later...
Keep the Pateks
5970P is a great piece and very collectable as is your 5070. The BP/Omega's and VC's would be the first thing I would boot to go towards the 5270.
