If it is for an investment, so you'd better play the lottery.
Personally, I would not sell the 5070. I would sell other watches to fund the 5970P.
Why? Because I love it / them.

Sell 5270g for 5970p
Sell 5270G to buy 5970p. There are in similar function, and 5970p is much better in dial layout and rarer than 5270. Keep the rest brands, they give you varieties for different occasions.
I would never sell 5270G if i have it
This is one of the harmonic and well balanced Patek ever created! I would by second 5270g just as back up:) If you sell it you will regret it and miss its beautiful face week later...
Keep the Pateks
5970P is a great piece and very collectable as is your 5070. The BP/Omega's and VC's would be the first thing I would boot to go towards the 5270.
