I inquired with my AD about availability of the LE
My AD was allocated a 5711P. He already submitted a name to HSWA. This was accepted. The AD may take names. In 2017, if there are further allocations, the list will be submitted to HSWA for review. Those chosen will be notified. This is the process in the US.

In the past the collectors knew what made each piece special
now Patek makes it "fool prove" for the "collector" by writing what is special about this piece in letters on the dial? Lucky it is far out of my reach, this labelled special piece. Best Moritz

Whilst many will be underwhelmed I get the wait for 50. The platinum is a nice piece and well the blue looks good on any Nautilus however I\'m not personally a fan of the "40" text. I find the size reference intriguing and wonder how the Chrono stacks up ...
