If Patek would make a special version
dedicated to Lapland instead of Shanghai, I would also run after that. Luckily, there are so few people living in Lapland and for sure no clients of Patek that such a version is very unlikely.

The 5131G hour hand is pointing to Antarctica. There are tours leaving from Argentina in December and January. Beautiful photo. The gold and enamel work is gorgeous. So much seamless color variation within continents.
