In fact the time zone for Moscou has changed in the past
The first serie of 5131 had the previous time zone at +4.
After a few years, Moscou changed its Time Zone and Patek corrected with new cities ring in the last 5131R presented for Baselworld 2016. I think they took the opportunity to do so because of the launch of the 5230 and 5930 this year.

Dear fellow enthusiasts: Recently russell996 posted 2 Patek 5131 images side by side, which i attach to my post. One of them had Moscow at +3 GMT which is correct. (LEFT) The other one had Moscow at +4 GMT which is wrong. (RIGHT) How can this be possible ...

and I may be wrong, Patek Philippe revised the position of Moscow(or should I say corrected it to +3) at Basel 2016. This change also applied to the new world timers 5230 and 5930. The 5131R with Moscow at +4 was produced between Basel 2015 (when the 5131...
